ABOUT THESE COURSES

These courses will give coaches a way of thinking as well as a set of powerful, flexible and adaptable tools which will develop their practice and enhance their effectiveness. Solution Focused Coaching is a set of conversational skills based on the principles of social construction theory. Participants will learn how to interview in order to identify and maximise the skills their coachees bring to work and to life. Courses will be highly practical and it is expected that participants will be able to use their new skills immediately.

The courses will address both coaching and mentoring with individuals, as well as work with teams.

COACHING PART 1
Solution focused coaching is a simple effective yet powerful conversational process often with overnight results. This practical course will equip participants with a set of tools ready for immediate use.

COACHING PART 2
Simple though solution focused principles might be their mastery is far from easy. These two days offer an opportunity for guided practice where participants can both display and enhance their skills. This course will be invaluable for anyone who has begun their journey into solution focused coaching and wishes to embrace more fully its principles and benefits.

This will include team managers, human resources staff, occupational psychologists and health advisers, workplace counsellors, career advisers, mentors and coaches.
