potential, where relationship difficulties get in the way of maximising performance,
where the environment is rapidly changing and constantly demands shifts and adjustments,
where the task is unclear and the future uncertain could all benefit from solution
focused consultation.
Even the best-performing teams benefit from 'service' at regular
intervals if performance is to be maintained - particularly if the 'service' highlights
resources, drawing team members' attention to the secrets of their success, and
helps to plot the path forward.
From a minimum of 1/2 a day to longer interventions Brief
